General Provisions

bdokl ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online gaming service provider for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdokl platform and form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you", "player") and bdokl.

These Terms must be read together with bdokl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Those documents are considered an integral part of these Terms.

bdokl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to register on the bdokl platform and play games. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. bdokl may request proof of age at any time and may temporarily suspend an account until verification is complete.

2.2 Single Account

Each user may open only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same person are considered a prohibited activity and all accounts may be permanently closed. Members of the same household may use separate accounts from a single device or internet connection, provided each account belongs to a different individual.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and accurate. Opening an account with false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination. If you need to update your information, please contact the support team.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

bdokl provides services to residents of Bangladesh. Users from regions where legal restrictions apply will not be able to register. It is the user's own responsibility to confirm that online gaming is legally permitted in their area.

Account Security

Keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. bdokl will never ask for your password by phone, SMS, or email. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify our support team immediately.

  • Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone else.
  • Avoid logging in on public computers or shared networks.
  • Log out properly when you are done.

bdokl will not be liable for any loss resulting from disclosure of account credentials to a third party.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

bdokl supports deposits through Bangladesh's popular payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

  • Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
  • Depositing using another person's account or card is prohibited.
  • Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
  • In case of a technical delay, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.

Verification Required: Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal. Submitting accurate and complete documents will speed up the process.
  • Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
  • Withdrawals may be suspended if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. A 10x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonus offers apply once per person.
  • Bonus funds and deposited funds are tracked separately.
  • Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
  • If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Certain games may not contribute to bonus wagering — please read the specific terms of each offer.
  • bdokl reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
Warning: If bonus abuse or an attempt to collect bonuses fraudulently is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

bdokl's VIP program has three tiers:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

Players can advance to a higher tier based on their volume and consistency of play. bdokl will give notice of any changes to VIP benefits.

Gaming Policy

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

bdokl uses software from third-party verified game providers. All game outcomes are determined through random number generator (RNG) technology. No game outcome is predetermined or manipulated.

6.2 Game Providers

bdokl offers games from multiple reputable providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt. Each game operates under its own rules and features.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game result is incomplete due to a technical error, bdokl will take action in accordance with its established rules. In any gaming dispute, bdokl's system records will be considered the final evidence.

Section 7

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Opening or operating multiple accounts.
  • Bonus fraud — attempting to obtain bonuses in violation of the rules.
  • Using any automated software, bots, or AI to play games.
  • Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
  • Intimidating, harassing, or defrauding other players.
  • Operating an account under a false identity or with false information.
  • Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.
Consequences: If any of the above activities are detected, all account balances and bonuses will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by bdokl

bdokl reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • Attempting to harm the system or other players.
  • Instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before making the request. To reopen a closed account, you will need to contact the support team.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you have a gambling addiction or problem, please visit our Responsible Gaming page. If you request self-exclusion, your account will be locked for a specified period.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

bdokl provides its service on an "as is" basis. bdokl will not be liable for the following:

  • Game losses due to internet connection interruptions.
  • Losses caused by issues with your device.
  • Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
  • Losses resulting from sharing account credentials with others.
  • Service interruptions during technical infrastructure maintenance.

bdokl's total liability shall not under any circumstances exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

Dispute Resolution

10.1 Dispute Submission Process

If you have a dispute or complaint, please first contact our support team via live chat or email. Provide full details of the dispute, along with the relevant dates and amounts.

10.2 Resolution Timeframe

bdokl will attempt to resolve dispute complaints within a reasonable time of receiving them. Please retain all relevant information during the process.

10.3 Final Decision

In gaming disputes, bdokl's server logs and records will be treated as final evidence. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal processes, the matter may be settled through mediation.

bdokl reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be given via the registered email or on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining clauses will continue to remain fully in effect.
